I want you to be happy with your purchase. As my prints are carefully made and packaged by hand, I ask that you please choose your artwork carefully before ordering.

Damaged or faulty orders

If your print arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me at freyaewish@gmail.com as soon as possible, with photographs of the damage.

I will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Returns

For standard, non-personalised prints, UK customers have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it.

Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging. Unless the item is faulty or damaged, return postage is the customer's responsibility.

Handmade prints

Some of my prints are hand screen printed, meaning each print may have slight variations in colour, texture and placement. These are natural characteristics of the screen-printing process and are not considered faults.

Personalised or custom-made artwork cannot be returned unless it is faulty or damaged.
